Corporate Productions on Conflict Resolution
|
As an example of our work, we produced a three-part video series as part of a staff training program on
conflict resolution
for
SkyTrain
, the Vancouver
rapid transit system
, entitled
"Professional Training in Conflict Resolution for SkyTrain Attendants"
. The package included a Facilitator's Guide and video for in-house training, a stand-alone
Conflict Resolution video designed for use as a self-study resource available to staff for review,
a "train the trainer" manual, and a job skills screening video (with multiple choice test)
for assessing existing conflict resolution knowledge or skills in job applicants applying at SkyTrain.
SkyTrain managers considered this the best staff training that SkyTrain had done to date.
